Data collected

When you submit the contact form, we receive the building’s address and type, your name, your email address, your telephone number if you provide it, and your profile (owner, property management company, municipality, etc.).

This data is used only to assess your request and to contact you. It reaches us by email and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to process your request and, where applicable, to follow up on your project.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses no advertising cookies or trackers. The server briefly keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to ensure its security.

Anonymous audience measurement (Umami, hosted in Europe by ark.swiss) counts visits without cookies or personal identifiers. It respects your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting.

Suggestions in the address field are provided by Google: the text you type is sent to Google by our server, without your IP address.
